I have been helping a student with her financial literacy course. The first issue she experienced was the constant logging off by the system. She emailed the online teacher and received a response 4 days later. She contacted tech support and received little help. I contacted the Tinton Falls office myself and they referred me back to tech support. I told them tech support told me to contact their office. The test itself has many spelling errors and grammatical errors throughout the site. It's terrible students and their families are paying $375 to their home district for poor product.
