    My wife arrived to our 5 month old daughter with a pacifier in mouth and burp cloth wrapped around the pacifier just under her nose and tucked in back. I am sure my daughter was crying but absolutely do not condone gagging her as a legitimate care option. We have reported this to the necessary authorities.
