Hoover Elementary School in Hazel Park, Michigan

This school and staff is HORRIBLE and should be shut down!! Teachers scream at the students, don't properly explain assignments, don't know how to teach PERIOD! There is no adult supervision half the time. I personally know a student that had left school(nobody knows when) and was nowhere to be found. The parents found him at his aunts house a block from the school and the parent had been at the school 20 minutes early.
