School officials close ranks to sweep student on student sexual assault incidents under the rug. Two female students on a recent school field trip reported to a teacher during a trip that they were sexually assaulted by another student, an 18 year old male. There was almost a complete lack of supervision on the trip - 5 parents and 5 teachers chaperoned the trip, but they stayed in their own cabin, the kids stayed in their own coed cabins. The high school teacher, Sallyann Murphey, openly questioned whether the children were truthful instead of reporting the matter to CPS or the police as required. Harmony School's Executive Director, Steve Bonchek (Roc) defended the teacher's failure to act, and argued with the parents about what constitutes sexual assault. After being called to task about their response, school officials "lawyered up" and refused to discuss the incident with the families.
